Deity: The Third Covenant Novel

by Jennifer L. Armentrout
I can't get enough of Jennifer L. Armentrout's writing.  I'm kinda bummed that I read almost all her books already.  I have to wait a few more months to get my next fix.”History is on repeat, and things didn't go so well the last time.

Alexandria isn’t sure she’s going to make it to her eighteenth birthday--to her Awakening. A long-forgotten, fanatical order is out to kill her, and if the Council ever discovers what she did in the Catskills, she’s a goner... and so is Aiden.

If that’s not freaky enough, whenever Alex and Seth spend time "training"--which really is just Seth's code word for some up-close and personal one-on-one time--she ends up with another mark of the Apollyon, which brings her one step closer to Awakening ahead of schedule. Awesome.

But as her birthday draws near, her entire world shatters with a startling revelation and she’s caught between love and Fate. One will do anything to protect her. One has been lying to her since the beginning. Once the gods have revealed themselves, unleashing their wrath, lives will be irrevocably changed… and destroyed.

Those left standing will discover if love is truly greater than Fate…

Praise for Diety:

“I've never had a book I felt more like giving more than 5 stars to than this book!  Each book in this series has just gotten better and better.  I really can't see how Jennifer can make Apollyon better but I wouldn't be surprised if she does just that.” – Stuck in Books

“I really felt like I was on a roller coaster.  One of those ones with lots of loopty loops...  And by the last page I was breathless and wanting to go for another ride.  I can't wait for the next book!  I need to know what happens.“

To put it simply and efficiently, I absolutely LOVE this author. If I need to read something good, then all I have to do is pick one of her books and I'm absolutely certain that I will have an amazing time while reading it... The things that happen here, the romance, the action, everything is just perfect.”

“What do I say about this book that hasn’t already been said? This book was beyond what I can put into words. It was mind blowingly sensational! There is no other way to put it. Jennifer L. Armentrout is a magician with wicked powers, who can put together the best of action, adventure, suspense and romance in one tidy package. Her books are addictive and Deity is no exception. It is a non-stop enthralling ride from beginning to end – one you don’t want to put down anytime soon.

The stakes are higher, danger follows with every turn of the page, the drama is full-blown and the betrayal, romance and heartbreak are amplified. There is so much going on in the plot, but surprisingly enough it wasn’t distracting, rather very exhilarating and emotion churning. Ms. Armentrout’s detailed writing and knack for creating nail-biting scenes made it all the more impressive.”

“This book blew my mind. After finishing this book my mind was literally in tiny fragments, pieces so tiny that even the most skilled could not piece it together.... “

...I would strongly, strongly suggest you read the first four books in the Covenant series–it’s amazing, probably the best YA series I’ve read so far.  The plot seems to never end, never get boring... Deity is absolutely full to the brim with action.”
